We must think alike..

Add me to the list of folk who, during benzo w/d, tried every darn OTC & herbal remedy available, including ordering the bogus Rescue Remedy (a shot of Jack Daniels would have been just as good considering how much alcohol it had in it) and one of the best things I found for a tiny bit of relief was antihistamines & melatonin. I got the generic instead of Benadryl because it was the same indredients at 70% cheaper, but I can confirm that at least for me the stuff helped ease the shakiness and the total inability to sleep. It's definitely something to keep on hand if you're detoxing...

L - I had zero luck with herbal remedies too, but I was on a limited budget so I couldn't splurge on those $40+ 'remedies' just to see if they worked at all.
