As for the Lexapro--its new, unproved and one of the freaky SSRIs--I hope you do well on it. There are many people who need some detox from this as well, my mom cried for a week after she stopped taking it. Please talk that over with your shrink.
The good thing about temazepam (Restoril), is that it acts so quickly to put you to sleep--sweet dreams.
