i agree. now, whenever i travel i ALWAYS take all my meds on one of my carry-on bags, especially my dexedrine and whatever "hard to refill" narcotics i have to bring. everything i have i have prescriptions for and i keep them separate from each other... in other words, i don't try to save space by putting my fioricets/codeine in my dexedrine bottle. i have never got them checked, they mostly look for firearms, knives, etc. to bother with meds, but just in case....
also, another reason to keep your meds with you at all times in your carry-on luggage is in case the airport misplaces or loses your check-in bags. happened to me before. took almost 4 days for them to find my luggage and return it to me. clothes and personal items are easy to replace, but i was w/o my meds for 4 days! you don't want to be miserable at any time but especially when you're on a trip!!!!!
best wishes to all!
cheers, c.(angel)
