If I had it my way, I would take 20+ hydro 10/325 daily along with Ritalin to stay awake. That would mean 4-5 hydro 5-6 times a day. If I don't take Ritalin with it, I am constantly dozing off. I am Rx'd Ritalin for adult-ADD/head injury. At this dose, I feel happy, am not depressed, have TONS of energy and get lots of stuff done.

In reality and safety's sake, I will usually take 4 upon awakening and then 2-3 several hours apart for a total of about 10-14 a day, but then get real sleepy without Ritalin.

By telling my story, I do not recommend anyone follow my lead or take my advice to do this same regimen for themselves. It works for me.....
