From what I've heard, the people taking 20 or more hydro a day often take many at a time, 4 or 5 in a dose, or more, depending on tolerance; I know someone who took 5 10's every 4 hours, now that, I imagine, would be a big problem, but this person couldn't even tell that they had taken them, had to take that much just to stay out of withdrawal; hearing this, I've tried to be very careful about increasing my own doses when it feels like it isn't working as great; I will often take a few days off hydro and just take ultram to keep myself in check!
