wantabewell, there have been a number of threads over the last year or so concerning the dangers of too much APAP. Most of us probably know (or should know), that it's not too much hydro that poses the most immediate health risk, but too much APAP.

There are several figures floating around for recommended maximum daily APAP intake, for short term and long term. I'll try to find those threads and post links to them, we should all be aware of these numbers!

Good thread topic, lella01. None of us can totally avoid creeping tolerance and the need for more medication. I try to deal with it by taking regular hydro holidays, although this is not a perfect solution.
