If your DOCTOR thought your specific medical condition required a reduction of or no APAP at all, s/he would write a prescription for a pure opiate. Cold water extraction is certainly NEVER recommended by ANY medical personnel in the course of medical practice. It is utilized only by people who are ADULTERATING their medications...prescribed or not...pain control or otherwise.
