and measure out 500 mg's for each large capsule. Take 2 of those in the morning and 2 in the mid-afternoon for a total of 2 grams a day. Doses of up to 60 grams have been taken safely(one time only, these doses are EXTREME!!) by people participating in research studies of which volunteers who exhibited ataxia experienced a lessoning of their symptoms.
