You both have good ideas and I use the control c/v option regularly. It's good advice until DB elects to make changes.. HOWEVER, because this forum is for suggestions to DB to improve the board and make it more user-friendly, I want DB to take a look at their present requirement of a subject line rather than fall back on these types of "prevention". It makes more sense not to need regular prevention if it can be easily accomplished...and in this case it can.
I have long known how to use copy and paste in its variety of forms and we all must keep doing so or risk losing our raw PM contents until this situation is handled.
Cami- much easier to use the copy (control c) and paste (control v) method than using Word.
