While the news article copied into in the previous post was accurate, I was mistaken in relating that PA State Attorney General Jerry Pappert is up for re-election this November.

Instead, Former U.S. Attorney Tom Corbett will be representing the Republican Party against Democrat Jim Eisenhower in Pennsylvania's 2004 Attorney General election.

Whether the winner will continue Pappert's crusade against OPs is anyone's guess at this point.
