I agree We Lost the War on Drugs a Long time ago,And Mom & Dad Do need to be held responsible For There Kids actions
C'mone the Parents need to put a Resctriction on the Internet in the House every ISP has the option to do so.
Im sure most Parents will say they can't Control there
Kid(s) ,Which i think is Ludacris if you Have Kids and can't control them That is by Far one the biggest Excuses i hear PArents Make.If the Demand for the DRUG(s) is stopped then you won't have a problem Because the Supply will always be there.
