Old Navy, I see you live in NY. So do I. Yes, you do have to to be out of work as least a week before you are eligble for disability and you collect $170.00 a week regardless of if you make $10,000.00 or $100,000.00 a year. Good Luck.
P.s. They take taxes out of that too. 80% of your wages is if you are collecting workers comp.
