tortie explained IOP's, and an email source is essentially a drug dealer with an email address. Not even being sarcastic- that's all it is. I have been saying for a while they shouldn't be discussed on DB. The vast majority of them are scams, lots of members have lost a lot of money to them. And aside from that, it's 100% illegal.
A domestic OP would not ship to England, unless you had some kind of remailing service and even then I don't know how British customs would take to it, if it would even reach you at all, or it ends up being an expensive seizure letter. So your only option really is an IOP. Don't bother with a risky email source. Look for an IOP that offers what you want or as close to it as possible, read the feedback, and then decide if the benefits outweight the risks.
