Does this affect meds going into Florida from OP's in other states, or meds coming from a Florida-based OP (assuming the OP doesn't comply with new rules)? I am trying to figure out whether ot not it matters if the OP is based outside of Florida, if they can still sell like they used to going into Florida. Does it only apply to Florida OP's, or it's just a matter of selling to Florida?
