they don't always call right then & there & these days almost 100% of pharmacies verify narcotic scripts...they fill them, but ethier call the dr's ofc after or fax to confirm the drug, quantity & pt info....plenty of people have picked up their scripts thinking they got away with it, only to get a phone call the next day....THIS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA & SHOULDN'T BE PRACTICED REGULARLY
