Bad healthcare? I just don't see it. What I see is a man who had nothing to live for and made a decision. I cannot say that he made the right one for his wife but for him, his life was over and he knew it.

If the wife could have made the decision, the chances are high she would have left with him anyway. Hard to say for sure.
