I was told by my primary care physician that using a medication after the expiration date would not hurt you. That the medication just may not work anymore for your symptoms. Maybe he was referring to the meds that he was prescribing at the time, but it seemed like he was making a blanket statement. I'm just passing on what my PCP told me. I'm not telling anyone to take something that they are not absolutely sure about - and like I said - he may have just been referring to the meds he was prescribing to me at the time(which I can't remember what they were). Please don't anyone flame me. I hope I was clear with my response and that I certainly don't want anyone to just take my little own opinion and run with it. Take care!
