Oh, I toally empathize with you my frirend. Oral Surgery is what began my long road down the pain path. I had no insurance either and paid $1400 for 4 molar extractions while being "put out". I was in more pain than I could imagine for weeks.

My best advice is to MAKE the dentist give you the 10/650mg Percocets 1 tab every 4 hours when you leave. Threaten to not have the proceedure otherwise due to your pain threshold.

Worked for me! And they wanted to give my Darvocet N50!!!
