Every OP and the pharmacies that fill scripts for them, have different refill policies. Some will do refills in as little as 23 days, but most ask you to wait between 25 and 30 days. You need to ask Customer Service at your particular pharmacy what the refill policy is.

Does your bottle say how many refills you have? Just call the phone number on the bottle and ask them when you can order them. You will not risk being labeled a double dipper for asking a simple question.

Or did you order from a place that doesn't give refills, but makes you re-order every time? Some of the so-called "no records" OP's started introducing waiting periods of 60 days before letting you re-order, even thought they were very clearly writing scripts for only one month's supply of medication. . This was supposed to make them somehow in better compliance with DEA regulations, although i never understood exactly how that was supposed to work. I don't think those places tend to get a lot of repeat business.
