My biggest pain (my partner) is in jail right now (which only adds to my stress and emotional distress...too long of a story to get into.)

On top of that I have been a medical nightmare since I was 14. Migraines then, rare now.

My pain clinic medicates me well for my DDD, 3 thoracic and 1 lumbar bulging disks with bone-on-bone at T7-8 due to multiple fractures (1 recent.)

I also have severe TMJ from an auto accident that dislocated my jaw and has since caused problems being able to open my jaw very wide. TMJ usually only painful during "attacks" where it hurts deep inside my ear.

I also have another condition which exacerbates all the above (and which I have never before disclosed on this board) and that is lymphosarcoma (diagnosed in January.) Actually, the cancer itself isn't painful (yet) but the chemotherapy is simply terrible.

Just another piece in the bad-luck jigsaw puzzle that comprises my life.
