Before this happened last week, there have always merchant providers (both 3rd-party or directly through banks) that didn't allow online pharmacies on a company policy basis. Last week the ones that did allow (such as Pago eTransactions and Paysystems) did cut off the pharmacy accounts at the behest of VISA and MC. There are plenty of other merchant accounts and payment systems, however.
