Toradol is NOT the same as Tramadol. Tramadol is Ultram. Toradol (ketrolac) is only used for acute pain. It comes IV, IV and pill form. It is almost never used a period longer than about 5 days for severe pain. Because it is in the NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflamatory) A physician would likely recommend your changing to a different NSAID, one used for more chronic pain.
