Can I order controlled prescription drugs from foreign pharmacies?
Yes and No. It depends. In most cases the answer is: NO
Many foreign pharmacies say it is legal to order for personal use and some pharmacy watch groups try to lure members by telling them that after paying the membership fee they will learn how to legally order (any drug) without a prescription, bla, bla, bla. They are not telling the truth.
The law is simple. Prescription drugs require a prescription. Controlled prescription drugs require a prescription and a permit from the DEA. This permit is not easy to obtain.
It is not the same to order meds by mail than to carry your meds with you when you travel.
