they used to be the best. After what I experienced this past Friday I will be switching. Time to give NWW a try again.
Site said I had a "refill available" on the 28th, with the disclaimer that if the refill falls on a weekend, they will ship on Friday so the meds can be received on or before the 25th day. I ordered the med on the 27th. the 28th is Saturday, clearly the weekend. I checked the box for Saturday delivery and I assume I paid for it. I go online later on the 27th and it says they are holding my order at the pharmacy to be shipped on 03-01. What kind of is this? I emailed them for an explanation and got an email that says:
"Your medication wil be shipped on 3-01". That's it. No explanation. I emailed them back asking them to please explain the website to me. It said my med would be available on the 28th and then quoted them the note above the refill section. No response to that email. Told them I was going to post about this on the boards. No response.
Are these people going down the tubes now? I like Doc Lockridge, but I'm not going to put up with poor CS.
Seems most of these OPs start out so great, and then once they have you as a loyal patient, and they get big, they start treating you like garbage.
I'll spend my money with an OP that gives great CS even if I have to pay a little more.
