Just received the following update from Kevin at 1stmeds.com :

We have extra customer service staff. So all enquires should be answered to within 5 to 12
hours Max. (excluding weekends)

There is NO charge for refunds whatsoever

Our New contact numbers are.

Customer services: 863 419 1503 9am to 5pm (EST)
Medical Records FAX Number: 863 422 6497

Our customer service is virtually 24 hours as we have staff working nights
emailing as well as the phone lines during the day.
