The hub phone number good, but the DISPATCHERS phone number is GREAT, IMO. He's the one you want. He can send a messages right to your driver. I got this coveted number when I had THREE packages stolen by a UPS employee (they call it "tampering"), and I screamed I was going to bring in the police. They appeased me with a direct line to "bobby". who would call the driver, every morning I had a package to make sure it was on the truck.
