I have heard of the bad Thailand rep. Have gotten some Roche blue 10s. They are no doubt weaker than the Americans, country of manufacture, do not know.
Yes, I have the white Vs made by "Nicholas Piramal India LTD, licensed by Roche." They cost more and even though I ordered the generics and paid the generic price, this is what I got. They are not bad actually. How they compare to the U.S. generics I have had a lot of, am undecided.
I do not understand this whole weak foreign Val thing. Raw diazepam chemical base is dirt cheap. Why short the mix? Bad for business. I suspect some cases may involve improper storage or the fact the the meds may sit on hot trucks or in hot depots for many days. Benzodiazepines are very heat sensitive. This could be relevent when ordering from warm climates, especially during summer months.
