If you can find the ones that are specifically licensed by Roche, they are usually pretty potent. They are manufactured by another (Indian) company, but licensing by Roche insures better quality. Admittedly, I have only ever run across one brand of this type, and I honestly don't remember where I got them. I would ask this question specifically before I buy.
