OMG~~ speechless, I am!! I can't believe he treated you like that. and with current HMOs when you HAVE to go the route of getting a referral, he felt he had you under his thumb. You did not deserve that and I'm so sorry you had to take that Best if kept off the board!
Unfortunately, I think most of us have stories like that. I am one to persist, but I don't usually blow up because I generally have my kids with me. I'm glad you spoke up for yourself. Too bad you have to start ALL OVER now. Good for you in persuing it... I definitely would! You are probably not the only one that has complained about his obnoxious behavior. Wonder if he has much "return business"?
