YES I do disagree with you. If using an OP with records, consult, script written by license doctor, filled by a state approved pharmacy was illeagal we ALL would be in jail. I'm not saying that the DEA is not trying to make it illeagal, but for RIGHT NOW its as legal as going to your local doctor until LAWS are made to govern OP's. As of right now there are only guidelines in place, but I really feel like the LAWS are right around the corner. That is where the GREY area is. We have been over this issue on the VIP side several times and this is how it is. As long as the OP that you use has a doctor with a DEA number that can write controlled scripts and the Op uses a certified licensed pharmacy you recieve a LEGAL SCRIPT. This is not my opinion its how it is.(Or what has been posted on the VIP side by many members with links to the web-sites that support this statment and are very knowledgable and research this issue on a full time basis, in other words knows what they are posting is facts)
