Personally, I'll pass. If I want an enema, I'd much rather do it myself. That's basically what it is, if you ask me, a really expensive enema. It may be a little more entailed, but it's an enema nonetheless. There's too much hype on these colon cleansings, if you ask me. Do an enema at home and keep a good, fiberous diet and you should be fine.
