Would appreciate help ID-ing this pill.

Today a neighbor brought me a couple of pills that someone had given her, claiming they are generic Percocets. I've tried Drugs.com, rxlist, and idthispill, to no avail. These tablets are six-sided, orange colored, and the only imprint on them is 170 on one side, nothing on the other. No score either. I am perplexed, as I do not want my neighbor taking these when I cannot ID them. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you in advance to any of our DB wizards here who may shed some light on this for me.
