I get out alot and all that. But the sciatic nerve deal is auful. I have found that a trip to the Tanning Beds once per week works wonders for me. Not only does the heat ease the pain on a partiularly bad day -- but my mood is really lifed. Of course, if a dermatologist read this, I'd get my tanned derrier raked over the coals -- Oh well, according to the news lately, there's something bad for us in everythng we do, whether it is food or exercise.
Anyway, found the "mood" thing most intereting as it lasts for several days. I'm here where we are experiencing some extremely low temps and more snow than we usually get.
