I've never tried to get a euphoric feeling off of Temgesic .2mgs, I've only used it to take a holiday from oxycodone. I will tell you that I can go from 150 mg oxycodone to 1.8 mg temgesic over 24 hrs(about 12 hrs inbetween the switch)and not feel the horrible WD feelings.The beauty of the .2 Temgesics are that when you feel that hot sweaty feeling coming, put one under your tongue, let it dissolve, and repeat the process if one doesn't do the trick.It is a godsend for lowering your medication level back to a smaller dose. For those of us who take medication for a long period of time and know for certain that the pain is NEVER going to go away, it's nice to have an alternative for a holiday so a smaller dose will be physically effective, and cost effective. Just my take on this med, hope you guys have a pain free day! KO
