Dihydrocodeine, is a totally different medication than hydrocodone bitartrate (the ingredient in U.S manufactued hydro/apap tabs such as Lortab, etc) - They are not the same thing. Dihydrocodeine is more related to codeine, strength-wise, than it is to hydrocodone. You will not find Hydrocodone at an offshore (overseas/foreign) pharmacy. You will only find it by doing a consultation with a U.S doctor consultation service, which you will need medical records of your condition for... Just wanted to clear this up, since it appears you thought dihydrocodeine tartrate and hydrocodone bitartrate were the same thing..... The DHC is much, much weaker analgesically....
