I emailed these people several times over a week period and never once got a responce from them. Hence, I decided to take my business elsewhere...
I have never e-mailed them, as I always just fax my info in and have never needed to email them. If I ever need to contact them, I just called. When did you try to do this? They are always working even after hours and around holidays.
I suggested that he try them because I have used them through 3 consults and Kathey is great at handeling concerns before the consult and even going over records beforehand in order to let you know if they are thorough enough.
