I'm not sure about the exact equivalencies, but 15mg of codeine is pretty lame if you are used to hydro and OC.
I don't know the CoPro product you are using, but I use a 30mg codeine-only product from time to time (Codeisan), and I need to take at least 3 to get any relief at all. I take the codeisan along with some alka seltser, or a couple of tylenol.
Normally I take norco 10/325 two or three times a day, and boy there is no comparison between codeine and hydrocodone. Possibly you are taking so many tabs that all that extra APAPis killing your stomache? Personally I react very badly to Vicodin or even 10/500's, including nausea and cramps. APAP is tough on the stomache.
