To tell you the truth, getting wrapped up in a conspiracy is usually much worse than possession, possession w/intent, distribution, or manufacturing.

A conspiracy can cover a time frame and they can charge each of the co-conspirators for everything that everyone within conspiracy participated in over the entire time frame. This is one of the ways they get people to snitch. When someone has a minimal role and faces the same amount of time as those who are on the top of the food chain, you can see their motivation to snitch.

Snitching is what holds the entire federal drug system together... Sad isn't it??
