I am currently doing the same thing. The last time I did this, I had taken the Ultram for about 7 days, and felt the worse w/d ever from the Ultram. I had to take 8 a day to not feel w/d from hydro, only to then have w/d from Ultram. This time I am going to take it easy on the Ultram, and ween off of it after a week of taking it. Good luck!
