Although I have NO basis for first-hand menstrual advice (have different hardware), you may be affected by the APAP (acetaminophen) which is a surprisingly powerful fever reducer that can greatly influence body temperature.

Unfortunately, hydrocodone is not available as a branded product without the accompanying acetaminophen. (hydrocodone by itself is a schedule II substance, but the inclusion of the APAP makes it schedule III). Bad news for the liver and biothermostat, but great news for me as I have been spared the burden of periods by gender.

I'm actually quite surprised to have made a post on the subject of female menstruation, when by virtue of two marriages, I've learned the best thing I (indeed ANY man) can do regarding this subject is to keep my mouth shut.
