Anyway, I got yer back on this one, LP. I've got a couple of years on you but until I found out that hydro can cause hot flashes and sweating I was thinking that I might be pre-menopausal. Well, I guess I am pre-menopausal if you take it literally but I thought that I was on my way to becoming REALLY menopausal. I wasn't sure whether to be relieved that decades of paranoia and inconvenience were about to be over (I'm talking about pregnancy scares and menstrual cycles, not the inconvenience of having a houseful of kids...but now that you mention it...) or upset that I was "mature" enough to reach menopause. Talk about conflicted!

So then I saw my OB-Gyn who set me straight. Oh well.
