I have been on hydro for over a year but I do give myself week long holidays here and there. It just so happened that my hydro holiday last week coincided with my menstrual cycle, and BOOM! full fledged flowage that I have not had in months! At least I know that i'm not pregnant as normally, monthly, I buy many preggo tests just to make sure...not that a baby would be a bad thing, very much wanted and welcome, but both my boys were planned and I really am not looking forward to surprises!

The last year or so, I did have periods, irregular when I am used to be strictly regular. The flow was lighter and shorter also.

This period off hydro has been very heavy and many days longer. I would even say that periods on hydro are more like a little spotting than anything, definitely not tampon-worthy. On the other hand, this particular period right now requires doubling up on everything!

Sorry guys for the female education!
