I am so sorry to hear about your condition - what a nightmare. This is very strange though - I am not a doctor - but how is it possible to "deliver your uterus"?? The uterus is not a free floating organ so how can this happen? What a horrible situation! Forgive me if this is too personal, but why wouldn't you consider a hysterectomy? You wrote that you have three children and I'm guessing that with your condition the likelihood of you sustaining another pregnancy is slim to none, so why not just do it and end this nightmare? I know the idea of surgery is not pleasant, but what you are going thru seems horric! If they only do a partial and leave your tubes and ovaries it won't send you into premature menopause or anything like that. How terrible.

And ofcourse,to make it even worse, I see that you are having the same problem with your wonderful, compassionate (sarcasm) doctor that most of us have! Why won't he manage your pain? Obviously your condition is legitimate!! This makes me so angry!

You didn't say how often you need to take the medication. If it's more than 4 a day I suggest you look into Dr. Watson or Madison Pain Clinic. They both will prescribe more than the typical norco 10/325, 90-120 pills per month. They also both compound their meds and will offer the hydro in up to 15mg strength with only 100mg of tylenol. This is MUCH better for your organs. However, both of these docs require bloodwork, a portamedic exam and records. If you can afford the intial fees and don't mind the requirements, these are probably your best bet over the long term (both also prescribe 6 months of refills). Dr. W. is much less expensive than MPC.

If the 90-120 pills is enough for them month then fedexmeds, southwestern, easternvally and youronlinedoctor are all very good and only require records and not the other stuff.

I'm sure that there are other db members that can recommend other sites. The four that I just listed seem to have consistently good feedback here.

Good luck. I hope that things work out for you.
