I guess you don't know that Acetaminophen is used to stop bleeding. Women used to use it to stop their periods from starting like for instance, if they were supposed to get married and wanted to delay their period they would take Acetaminophen in large doses. So when you take your pain meds they can effect bleeding. I used to work as a pharmacy technician and I asked the pharmacist about it. Hope this explains it!
