Hi gage, how've you been?

Percocet 10/325 is stronger than Lortab 10/500 for most people. I know I would take oxycodone over hydrocodone any day. For me, oxycodone has a "cleaner" feel to it; less nausea, equal sedation, and more pain relief. In my experience, I build up a tolerance to hydrocodone more quickly than oxycodone. Both good drugs though, and we're all different. Keep in mind that you can't get on refills on a CII like Percocet, so picking up a script or having a doctor's visit every month may be an issue; whereas with Lortab she can get refills on the script and have new ones called in.
