In full agreement about the triptans. Imitrex was so bad that I got muscle rigidity in most of my body requiring ER attention. I've been too afraid to try other triptans because of this bad reaction. I also have high blood pressure and other cardiac issues, so I'm not sure I would be a candidate for these drugs anyway.
I really do find lots of relief in good old Excedrin Migraine coupled with Phenergan. It's a staple migraine regimen for me.
