I was saying that the case will be assigned to a less senior investigator. I agree only the person making the arrest or requesting legal proceedings will have to swear to what they had first hand knowledge of and didn't mean to infer that the trainie wouldn't be doing the actual investigation. At the federal level it would normally get overlooked but not at a local or county level. Narcotics units exsist in most jurisdictions. This is type of case is one of their jobs. Take care. Billylll
