I wish I could say for sure you're just being paranoid, but these days who knows.
I do know that at this time of year all bets are off as regards "normal service" from any of the carriers or the USPS. Could be that a holiday temp couldn't find your house. Or they are short staffed and just aren't "bothering" with delivery attempts when they think nobody might be home.
Is Ultram really something to worry about? Wouldn't Customs have seized it already if it was a problem?
One note of caution: When I ordered generic Soma from Click about a month ago, it arrived in this form: A white jiffy envelope, mailed from Thailand, and inside it were two zip-loc baggies each containing 30 large white unidentified pills. No product insert, no invoice identifying the meds as Soma. They could have been anything at all! (I have no idea if they send Ultram the same way.)
Sorry, this post is probably just making you more paranoid. I wish I had some useful advice!
