This is meant with no malice towards Night_Shade and I hope you take it in the light it was meant.
The subject in question could very well be addicted to pain killers but I long ago separated addicted from physically dependant My interpretation of an addict is someone that has no real need for the opiates and abuses them for pleasure.
Now this young lady obviously has a problem, as does EVERYBODY that takes opiates daily to control pain. YOU WILL BECOME (ADDICTED) .physically dependant. Just like diabetics are physically dependant on insulin or heart patients on beta blockers .ect ..
Now her behavior was desperate and I understand it. When youre physically dependent on a drug to kill pain and make your body behave in a normal manner and you run short or lose your ability to procure more your in trouble ..BIG TROUBLE. So I prefer to view her as a victim not an abuser. ( that is of course if she has a legit need )
