I didn't know I had a doctor so liberal with the pain meds in the county I live in ( the town of Rockwall is the county seat of Rockwall county). I figured I had to go to Dallas just to find someone to help with legitmate pain since it's basically redneck heaven where I live and the local cops love to bust drug smugglers passing though their stretch of highway. Think of the travel on my deteriorating back that I could have saved if I had known about this doctor since this doctor is about 15 minutes from my house and my present doctor is an hour away.

Regarding the LA article. I am sick, repeat sick, of the media going into a frenzy because some idiot over dosed on legitimate pain killers. Why don't these writers that like to condem online pharmacies do some real research and find that these OP's exist because there is a shortage of doctors willing to stand up for patients' needs.

And I am sick of parents whinning that their kid overdosed right under their noses. Where were the parents in the first place?

But of course, sensational 'journalism' makes for better newspaper sales than writing articles that show the problems of people in chronic pain
